18132/27 (26)
despatch dated the 9th of November, 1929, on the subject of
a further revision of the Deportation Ordinance, this
amendment is actually in course of being drafted and will
be submitted at an early date. I appointed a Committee to
consider the matter in August, but delay occurred in making
enquiries on the subject from outside the Colony. The
matter is now being pressed forward as rapidly as possible.
I have the honour to be,
My Lord,
Your Lordship's most obedient,
humble servant,
Cement
Governor, &c.
